Dear Patients and Community Members,

In today’s evolving healthcare landscape, many individuals and families face significant barriers to care. Employment changes, rising insurance premiums, high deductibles, and restrictive networks have made it increasingly difficult to access timely, affordable medical treatment. These challenges too often result in delayed care, unexpected expenses, and undue frustration.

At The Washington Pain Center, we believe there is a better path forward. Our mission is to provide effective, efficient, and transparent care to those suffering from acute and chronic pain. When you’re in pain, you deserve more than a long wait or a confusing billing process—you deserve prompt access to skilled care, fair pricing, and a medical team genuinely committed to your well-being.

We are proud to offer same-day or next-day appointments, with procedures performed during your initial visit when medically appropriate. Unlike many practices that delay treatment to increase billing or refer patients to affiliated surgical centers with added costs, we conduct all procedures in-office. This approach minimizes your expenses, maximizes convenience, and reflects our respect for your time and financial resources.

In keeping with our values of transparency and integrity, we offer a clear, straightforward fee schedule. Our prices are structured to work with health savings accounts (HSAs) and flexible spending accounts (FSAs). Due to the significantly reduced rates of our cash-pay model, we are unable to accept credit cards. However, we do accept electronic payments via Venmo and Zelle for your convenience.
